Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university and fulfill at least one of the following conditions:

  • Postgraduate Degree in Labour Studies or Industrial Relations (2-year course), or

  • Recognized Factory Welfare Officer qualification, or

  • Minimum 2 years of Industrial Relations experience in an organization with 500+ employees

Applicants must have passed Marathi language at 12th standard level (100 marks) and possess a valid computer certificate from DOEACC / NIELIT / MSBTE or any government-approved institute.

Expected Exam Pattern

The online exam is expected to consist of 100 multiple-choice questions for 100 marks:

  • General Knowledge & Current Affairs – 30 Marks

  • Labour Laws & Industrial Relations – 40 Marks

  • Marathi Language – 20 Marks

  • Computer Knowledge – 10 Marks

Negative Marking: 1/4 mark may be deducted for each wrong answer (confirm through official notification).
