Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university and fulfill at least one of the following conditions:
Postgraduate Degree in Labour Studies or Industrial Relations (2-year course), or
Recognized Factory Welfare Officer qualification, or
Minimum 2 years of Industrial Relations experience in an organization with 500+ employees
Applicants must have passed Marathi language at 12th standard level (100 marks) and possess a valid computer certificate from DOEACC / NIELIT / MSBTE or any government-approved institute.

Negative Marking: 1/4 mark may be deducted for each wrong answer (confirm through official notification).
